- Q: Does the PD port always deliver 20W?
- No. The following situations may cause the PD port to fail to deliver 20W, but 15W.
- A- any other port is charging devices at the same time;
- B- Apple charging cable is plugged into other ports, even not charging devices. (due to the charging protection protocol of Apple charging cable). So if you need the PD port to deliver 20W, please do NOT use any other port at the same time, and NOT plug Apple charging cable in any other port.
